Individual client sesions: $125/hr. Initial session is 2 hrs and is $225. All others are one hour at $125. Medically releated issues may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. We do not bill your insurance for you and do not accept insurance assignment. However, we will give you all the necessary paperwork for you to get reimbursed by your insurance company.
Group sessions: offered in smoking, weight loss and pain control are sold as packages of sessions ONLY and are discounted to:
Both group and individual sessions include a copy of all sessions on CD or as an MP3 download.
- Weight Loss 6 sessions for $250 (minimum of 3 to a group, maximum of 10).
- Stop Smoking 3 sessions for $150 (minimum 3 to a group, maximum of 10).
- Pain Control is 5 sessions and is $225. (minimum of 3 to a group, maximum of 10).
PACKAGES OF Individual SESSIONS;
- packages of 3 sessions are $350
- Pain Control 5 sessions for $600

All packages must be paid in full on the initial session to qualify for the discount. Unused Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Policies:
When you make an appointment that time period will be reserved for you only. We do not over book in case of cancellations and rescheduled appointments. 24 hrs notice is required to cancell or reschedule an appointment. Unless you give 24 hours notice of a cancellation or to reschedule your appointment you will be charged for the entire session. That session will count as one of your package sessions if you purchased a package.
